1. Digital Product Nature
All our products (including PhD Launch Systemâ„¢ Missions and bonus resources) are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Because the content is accessible immediately, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if:
- The download link did not work and our support could not resolve the issue within a reasonable time, or
- You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error, or
- The product delivered was materially different from what was described on the sales page.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided simply because you changed your mind after downloading and reviewing the material, or due to expectations not explicitly stated on the sales page.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email me@vishwanathbite.com with your order confirmation and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/UPI provider’s processing time.
